We would like to welcome a new contributor to Delmarva Views, Mr. J. Edmond Dinkies. Mr. Dinkies is self made man. Nothing was ever given to him, he has simply earned every dollar he owns and it more money than any of us could imagine. His time is valuable, his wisdom is vast and deep. We will all enjoy his unique view on local and national politics, well most of us anyway.
