According to Jim, 4 code enforcement officers managed to log 10,000 violations within a 1 year period. Now, we admit that these numbers are initially shocking, but after a little bit of fact-checking on those estimates we came up with some rather upsetting numbers of our own:

In what has become a hotly contested bidding war on GoDaddy.com, DelmarvaDealings.com could get a new owner soon. Bidding is up to $140 and could go higher.

Recently, G.A. Harrison was unable to pay for his domain and it expired. That topped off a rough year of having his vehicle flipped upside down, being charged with driving on a suspended license and losing his bid for the Wicomico County Central Committee.

The suspended license was another interesting issue as it had listed G.A. as being from Bloxum, Virginia. Yet he was running for a Central Committee seat in Maryland.

Hopefully things will turn around for G.A. next year and he can get things back on track as he throws out wild accusation just in time for the Salisbury's City Election. We just hope he can keep the back door links to porn sites and forums off his website.

G.A. apparently has been on hard times since his life took a tumbling spin this past summer. Speeding tickets, caught twice driving on a suspended license from Bloxum, VA, the accident and then losing his bid for the Republican Central Committee. It certainly has been a tough year.

SAM I AM has considered starting a special fund for G.A., to first pay for his domain expiration, then get him a few new shirts that do not have bird shit on them and lastly maybe we can see if Wayne Gilchrest's old pickup truck is available to buy for G.A. Then again, maybe well just do the shirts, one less Jackass on the web and on the road.

Andy Harris and Debbie Campbell - Two Peas in an Elitist Pod

Rookie Congressman Elect Andy Harris embarrassed himself by wanting to know why his Taxpayer Funded Health Insurance would not start on his day. Debbie Campbell, a Democrat who is a known Andy Harris supporter, whined about the prospect of having to partially pay out of pocket for hers and the possibility that she would lose it.

In the real world, which neither of these two live in, when someone is hired they generally are not eligible for 6 months to a year for Health Insurance. Also, the prescription piece of many of these plans have a one year waiting period.

Andy has quickly acclimated himself to Washington, DC and apparently fits right in with the elites such as Charlie Rangel. Debbie Campbell fits right in with the entitlement mentality of elected officials who believe themselves to be above everyone else.

Mayor Ireton threw a jab out at the Tea Party when commenting on this in a Daily Times article. Honestly, nobody really cares about Jim's position on this issue and it was a waste of space in the Daily Times.

Will Louise Smith run for re-election?

Of the likely candidates already being mentioned to run for Salisbury City Council, the question remains on whether Louise Smith will run for re-election. Rumors abound that Louise would not do very well and likely get embarrased - mainly by the lack of support.

The current stalemate between Louise and Mayor Jim Ireton has gotten tiresome and has been very embarrassing for the city. Many people view her as just as much of the problem as Ireton.

It is likely Terry Cohen will run to keep her seat. She may find that she falls into the same category as Louise and with businesses not very happy with her, she may discover that she will come in dead last.

Those that are highly likely to run are Tim Spies and Muir Boda. In fact one local business already has one of Boda's signs in their window. Both are actively involved in many different causes and have been seen chumming around together.

Interesting names have popped up as possibly running such as Rick Insley, jr., P.J. Hannon, and a few others.

Disappointment and the Red Tide

As a large financial Contributor to Frank Kratovil's campaign, disappointment does not express the mood the Wizard has been in lately. The Red Tide has cast a blue shadow over the Wizard's heart.

Andy Harris was a horrible candidate for the Republican Party and people must have had to hold their noses from the stench when they voted for him. How can those people sleep at night after sending an egotistical idiot like that to Washington? They might as well have sent Albero to Congress.

Six Republicans on the Wicomico County Council resembled a nightmare the Wizard had this past summer, maybe it was vision. Worst of all Stevie Prettyman got re-elected, Tramp Stamp and all on the old hag. If the Wizard had realized that, he would have seen to it the Boat Building Pirate from Nanticoke had the funds to crush her. Maybe Gail Bartkovich will have a wild sex party celebration over Holidays after this big victory.

Even worse than Tramp Stamp Stevie (TSS from now on) getting re-elected is the Lower Shore Slime Ball slithering in to Annapolis, yes folks Mayor and Deputy Mike McDermott is your new Delegate for 38B. Congratulations you bunch of dumb ass idiots.

As far as the Governor's race, well the Wizard couldn't bring himself to vote for O'Malley or Ehrlich and did it 'pin the tail on the donkey' style voting and ended up going Green shouting "Run Ralph Run" (nostalgia from Nader presidential runs for you young folks).

Since the Wizard spent the election season working hard on Frank Kratovil's campaign, which is why he was not posting on the blogosphere, he will now spend his time calling out stupidity where he sees it. Look out Albero, G.A., Ireton, Harris, McDermott, TSS, Mathias, Colburn, Seth Mitchell, Joe Collins, Salisbury City Council (minus Comegys who is a great guy and benefactor of my contributions) and the rest of the idiots that think they know it all. One of the worst things voters could have done on the Lower Shore (next to electing Andy Harris to Congress) is elect Mike McDirtbag to the House of Delegates. One of the sleaziest politicians on the Eastern Shore, McDirtbag represents everything that is wrong with politics.

Salisbury News is in shambles folks. Comments are down. Not enough going on to generate original news, so he copies and pastes most everything. What is local gets buried to the bottom and who has time to sift through all the junk. The site is so cluttered with advertising that it takes forever to load. It has turned into a commercialized shit hole.

G.A. Harrison's website Delmarva Dealings is gone. Apparently G.A. could not afford to pay his domain registration on Go Daddy, one of the most affordable around. This on the heels of losing the Wicomico County Central Committee race and the whole suspended driver's license out of Virginia fiasco, it has been a tough year for G.A.

The whole ugliness of the ridiculous attacks on the Brewingtons, the underlying racism on his blog and the horrible video interviews that garnered numerous awards from The Gunpowder Chronicle, shows that it is just time Salisbury News disappears.

At this point Albero serves little purpose but to stroke his own ego. There is nothing fresh or new that he can bring forth. He rehashes his greatest moments (in his own mind). Randomly attacks people he does not like when they cross his mind. Remind us of the people he brought down over the years. Well, don't forget the lines 'folks we are seeing a record number of hits and comments today' B.S.

It gets old after a while and when the permanent stench of cheap cigars lingers way too long, you know it is time to stay in Delaware where you belong.....

Ehrlich Campaign Under investigation for Robocall

Republican Bob Ehrlich's campaign is under investigation for an apparent robocall that told likely O'Malley voters there was no reason for them to vote since O'Malley had already won.

Democrats are not innocent either in the Maryland election as the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee sent a mailing out in the First District that gave the appearance it came from Libertarian Richard Davis. Several of the mailings had no authority line. Two mailings that directly attacked Davis did have an authority line from the DCCC.

The DCCC also used targeted Robocalls to Republican voters. There is no evidence that Frank Kratovil's campaign had any involvement in this activity since this was done in several areas of the country where the DCCC attempted to prop up third party candidates.

Obviously the dirty tricks are done by party hacks who are paid well enough to take the hits for the candidates. They often claim the candidate had no knowledge and it was a low level decision. Many of these paid hack have no intention of running for office and are often willing to risk fines and jail for their beliefs.

The good thing now is the election is finally over.

Is Jim Ireton a Fascist, a Socialist or just an idiot?

Jim is proposing some of the most Liberal and Socialistic policies ever seen in Salisbury. His heavy handed approach to force property owners of multiple-family units that are of a non-conforming use, according to him, to reconvert these old homes back into single family homes is so unrealistic.

The approach and effect is quite in line with Fascist tactics.

Robert Paxton described fascism as: a form of political behavior marked by obsessive preoccupation with community decline, humiliation or victimhood and by compensatory cults of unity, energy and purity, in which a mass-based party of committed nationalist militants, working in uneasy, but effective collaboration with traditional elites, abandons democratic liberties and pursues with redemptive violence and without ethical or legal restraints goals of internal cleansing and external expansion.

Jim's view is that renters equals crime. His goal is to cleanse the city of one class of people, hence it will eliminate the problem.

This heavy handed approach also falls in line with the thought that landlords are evil and have too much money. On that front he devised a piece of legislation that would financially crush the rental industry in this town.

What he does not take into account is the number of people this will displace. The other fact is that most of these people are minorities. Is this intentional or is it just blind stupidity?

SAM I AM is of the opinion that Ireton is a Fascist and will resort to forcefully putting people on the street to advance his agenda.

Mr. Wu Award #2: (Posthumous) Edward M. Kennedy (August 28,2009)

The late Senator Edward M. Kennedy, the Senator from Chivas Regal, is our latest winner of the Mr. Wu Award, recognizing him for the fact that for most of his life, he was a miserable and ignominious cocksucker. Among other things, Teddy wassuspended from Harvard for cheating, killed Mary Jo Kopechne, joked about it, slander Judge Bork lied about the accomplishments of US and ARVN troops during the battle of Hamburger Hill on the Senate Floor, and was a notorious collaborator with the Soviet Union during the early 1980s. The fact that he is being buried in Arlington National Cemetery, a garden of stone that has honored our nation’s honored warriors since the Civil War, is an utter and foul disgrace. It is a stain on our dead.

He’s been called the Lion of the Senate. Wrong. He is the Flounder of the Senate. He is a fat pig that did nothing more in his entire life than prove Dean Wormer (fromAnimal House) right in his declaration that “fat, drunk, and stupid is no way to go through life, son.”

If Joe Jr., Jack, and Bobby represented the cream of the Kennedy DNA, then Teddy (like the character Danny Devito played in Twins) represents the left-over detritus ofin vitro fertilization.

His passing is not tragic. For me, it is not even said. His demise raises the moral quotient of the planet by an order of magnitude. His Senate career – bought with his families money, his name, and the actual tragedies of his siblings – spanned my lifetime. We are lesser for that. He traded on the tragedies that surrounded them to feed his hunger for power and his thirst for position.

In the great HBO series "Deadwood", the Chinese in the mining camp were lead by a Mr. Wu. Mr. Wu did was a, shall we say confidante, of entrepreneur (pimp, murderer, drug kingpin, etc.) Al Swearingen. But Mr. Wu did not speak much English. In fact, the only word that Mr. Wu really spoke was "cocksucker", which came out more as "cocksuckah".

It is therefore, with great pride that I inaugurate the Gunpowder Chronicle's brand new "Mr. Wu Award", recognizing from time to time, that individual (or organization) that displays the distinct traits of an ignominious cocksucker.

Our inagural award winner of the "Mr. Wu Award" is the Governor of the State of Maryland, Martin O'Malley.

What has O'Guvnah done to be recognized as an ignominious cocksucker? Well, a lot actually. Tax increases. Fake furloughs. Massive spending increases. Breathing. But I want to highlight his little gamesmanship with the Maryland Association of Counties meeting in Ocean City.

You see, every year, all the elected county mongrels get together in Ocean City on the taxpayer's dime to get slobbered over by state employees, also visiting Ocean City in the height of the summer season on the taxpayer's dime. And of course, the Governor of the Great State of Maryland must throw a party.

When Bobby Ehrlich was in office, the Republican Party paid for the party. But when O'Cocksucker was elected, he decided to start using his money from the Governor's Office (taxpayer money) to pay for the party. This year, that party was being held at Seacrets, and was going to run a smooth $12,000. But then O'Cocksucker decided that such extravagance looked bad, given his complete and total inability to actually make a budget, and so he canceled it.

And now enters one of the biggest lobbying firms in Maryland -- Alexander Cleaver -- who decides to pick up the tab for the party.

Just what the fuck are these people thinking?

Having a huge player in the lobbying game pay for a party for elected officials and state employees seems like a good idea? Are you fucking nuts, O'Guvnah? Really, have you had your brain checked? Did Mrs. O'Guvnah hit you upside your head with a frying pan?

While Marylanders struggle with energy costs, while Maryland companies struggle with your overbearing tax increases, while Marylanders in general struggle to pay bills and clothe and feed their families, you are going to let a lobbying firm cough up a cool twelve grand so you all can party?

Crime: The Real Issue is Liberal Judges

With concern about over crowding in prisons, second chances, rehabilitation these judges completely ignore Victim's Rights. Commissioners set low bail, ROR repeat offenders and completely ignore Victim's Rights.

First, we need to realize jail is not a country club and criminals should have minimal rights. You are there to serve a sentence, it should be such a miserable experience that you would never want to return. There were several meetings this week and the past two between Debbie Campbell and Terry Cohen, or as they were called in an article back in the spring - Debbie Cohen, that finalized the letters of complaint. Debbie outright lied about not knowing that Terry had submitted something.

Jim saying he is not getting involved in the matter, is well, representative of his tenure as Mayor to this point. He is not involved in anything except throwing out a few pitches, holding a press conference, and that is about it. Jim is completely clueless about his job. Now that the citizens has seen what "Change" is, I assume they will want a refund.

Everything he complained about when he was campaigning Jim has realized he really can't fix anything. His baseless complaints about sewage spilling into the Wicomico, made him look like an idiot once he finally got educated on the WWTP.

Paul Wilbur, our City Solicitor, has saved Salisbury thousands if not millions of dollars over the years. For an ill informed individual such as Dot Truitt to get and accuse him of the things she did two weeks ago, is absolutely ridiculous. She apparently read word for word what Debbie had written down for her on note cards.

Dot Truitt forgot to mention that Debbie placed the City of Salisbury in a difficult position when she testified against the city last year. Potentially costing the city hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees and lawsuits for her Unconstitutional position on 4-2, where the discriminatory law gives the government the authority to say who can live in house and who cannot.

I wonder how much Debbie and Terry have cost us in legal fees by requesting unnecessary things from Mr. Wilbur. Not including the enormous amount of requests for documents they have demanded. The incredible amount of time that is spent honoring all their requests over the years is staggering. The environmental impact is ridiculous as reams and reams of paper and ink are expensed honoring their requests.

However, are we now going to call The City Council meetings "Joe Albero Hour" at taxpayers expense? Should we not charge Joe a fee when advertises his blog?

After speaking with the Grinch I learned Joe actually behaved himself and sat in his seat like a good little Hot Dawg Boy. Obviously the meeting with City Council President Louise Smith had a positive effect on his behaviour. Now if we can get him to take his Ritilan, The Wizard believes his behaviour would improve even more.

The next issue would be to install an electrical shock collar on Joe and we would allow City Council Vice-President Gary Comegys to control. He would be instructed to zap him every time Joe advertised his blog or verbally attacked City Council members. If Gary is not present then City Clerk Brenda Colegrove would have control of the zapper.

Salisbury, MD: The Wonderful Wizard of Monitor Court has learned that a local businessman is signing on to open the first Official FUJA DOG HOUSE on the downtown plaza. This will definitely kick off the the plaza in the right direction once the streetscape plan is finished. An anti-cyber bullying Hot Dog house featuring 18" Hot Dog meals 3 cents less than Sam's Club will certainly cause our own HotDog boy to figure out ways to buy them without being detected.

Leadership from Urban Salisbury has been mum on the plan. However, the Wizard has received it on good authority that this deal is 90% done. It is believed that Grinchaholics and those under the Wonderful Wizard of Monitor Court's spell will bring the much needed traffic to the Plaza.

The FUJA DOG HOUSE will carry a complete line of FUJA products ranging from mugs, mouse pads, t-shirts, lingere, hats, decals, and many other licensed FUJA products.

The FUJA DOG HOUSE has been unanimously approved by the Salisbury Shadow Government.

Hotdog Joe was at it again yesterday... back pedaling, finger pointing, covering his pimply bum. Then the great Ghanima was at it again, calling out everybody in the Salisbury Shadow Government.

Simply put, Joe is not a reporter or official news source. TV 47 has used Salisbury News for tips that have been found dead wrong many times over. The Daily Times and WBOC ignore him as responsible journalist should. Joe's site is nothing more than a very badly run Op-Ed page.

Joe does not take the time to verify his "Articles" or research his facts. Instead of making a few calls, Joe simply posts it to get a scoop. It was also very satisfying to see he got scooped by one of his enemies the Daily Times when they published the headline of Andy Harris working part-time at PRMC. We thought Joe was the official blogger of the Harris campaign.

What Harris has realized is that Albero is a parasite. He certainly did not help Harris and they certainly are not as close as many thought. As several have stated to the Wizard, "Joe is a useful idiot." Don't know about the useful part.

Fall Election Issue Again In Yesterday's Daily Times, Again

The Daily Times Editorial page put this forth yesterday:
Over the past couple of decades, Salisbury's municipal elections have been moved from the fall, when primary and general elections are traditionally held, to spring, then to fall and finally back to spring, where they remain. All was done in an effort to increase voter turnout in city elections. Anemic turnout indicates or results in a lack of civic engagement on the part of city residents, which can lead to feelings of dissatisfaction and lack of any sense of ownership in community affairs, establishments, institutions and life.

The theory behind the springtime election date is that divorcing municipal campaigns and voting from the sometimes more-compelling state and national elections might encourage residents to focus on local issues and candidates instead of addressing them as an afterthought, especially in presidential election years. There was also the opinion that spring weather is less likely to deter people from the polls than sometimes chilly or otherwise unpleasant late fall forecasts. Read The Rest.

Now A Recap

Over On Two Sentz Blog Melanie was a little a perturbed that she had raised this issue at public comment during a City Council meeting and then all of sudden Muir Boda imitated her with his Letter to the Editor. Here is what happened last week.

Joe Albero puts up on his blog Muir Boda's entire Letter to the Editor that he copied from the DailyTimes, probably without permisssion. Then Bobby Taylor, Debbie Campbell hound dog, jumps on the bandwagon during public comment at last weeks City Council meeting. The Daily Times followed up his Letter to the Editor with an article in last Tuesday's paper, it is stated in the article that it was referencing his letter.

Mr. Boda then expanded his opinion on the Eastern Shore of Maryland Libertarian Party's blog, with this post.

Then the Daily Times Editorial page stated their position in yesterday's paper, part of what is above.

We are not playing ping-pong between the blogs and the DT to confuse you. Our point is we don't understand why these people are not willing to get together on the issues they agree upon and work for solutions together. They all obviously have similar ideas yet different agendas from different political groups in Salisbury which is the problem.

Obviously there is enough pressure from the various groups to push this issue forward. With the Daily Times behind the issue and keeping it out there, it should be on the agenda soon.

Denounce The Blogs

Last Monday Evening we all watched on Pac-14 as orator, self proclaimed investigative reporter, and blogger Joe Albero graced us with his wisdom and a question to all Salisbury City Council Members.

"Do you denounce the blogs?"

Now, we have not seen any public comment from any Council Member. It would be interesting to see if any of the Council Members actually respond. It would be interesting to how Councilwoman Debbie Campbell would respond to her very close friend, confident, and individual she give confidential documents in an irresponsible manner.

Will City Council President Louise Smith respond? Will City Council Vice-President Gary Comegys respond? I am sure he would have a few things to say. Will Councilwoman Shields respond? Will Councilwoman Cohen refer to Joe as a nasty blogger again?

However, which blogs is Joe referring to? There millions of blogs that cover politics, religions, sports, entertainment, and thousands of other topics. If you can think about it, you can blog it. So which ones do you denounce? Just the ones you don't like.

Joe really needs to get a grip on things. A questions like that serves no good purpose or make any sense. Why do you think it is so important for the City Council to waste on whether they denounce the blogs?

No word on whether the Council has covered this important and pressing matter. Or if they will.

Joe Attacks BNN, Offers No Solution

Joe Albero attacked blognetnews yesterday, not happy with how fast they update. He put G.A. Harrison on the case who is looking into to the speed that BNN updates it's feeds.

The Wizard does not totally disagree with with Joe, I just do not agree with his methods. Why call them useless and worthless? Why not work with G.A. and BNN behind the scenes and fix it? Why does he have to denigrate anyone and everyone? Why does he have to expose every single problem in the owrld no matter how big or small? You certainly do not make friends that way, only plenty of enemies. Which he has.

Anyone can point out problems and what is wrong with the world. Finding a solution and convincing people that a course of action is necessary, is something that Joe is unable to accomplish. He knows how to attack people. He is a professional at slandering people. He knows how to chow down on a Hot Dog at Sam's.

Deputy Avnet Needs to be Suspended

Deputy Avnet is a liability to to the taxpayers of Wicomico County. Totaling a police cruiser and causing other people's property to be destroyed at the expense of taxpayers is unacceptable. In these tough econominc times we can no longer afford high risk employees. He needs to be suspended and investigated to determine if we the taxpayers should sever his employment from the Sheriff's Office.

He should begin looking for another line of work.

The headline is intentionally using "Webster" to put something in our minds about another person named Webster. This is the first time Joe has ever used someone's name in a Headline that was arrested for this crap.

This is an specific swipe at Chief Webster. Next time an Albero is arrested for Kiddie Porn or Rape, we will say "Albero Arrested for Raping a Child" or "Joe Arrested for Child Porn".

How you word things and in the manner that you do it is very important. I guess he didn't want to steal the headline from the article he stole.

Canadians angered over "Buy American" rule

So other countries are upset when we promote to buy our own stuff. If want Canadian Bacon I get it, however now I may prefer good ole Eastern Shore Rappa Scrapple (Rappa is too close to Rapp, as in Jim Rapp, so I assume Joe prefers Holloway Scrapple, as in Joe Holloway). Our point is who cares what the Federation of Canadian Municipalities says or does. There is not enough Canadians that buy our stuff worry about symbolism.

Comments That Get Rejected

We rarely post comments on Delmarva Views for the reason that Bob the Aristocrat maintained a high level of expectation of those wished to respond to an post. We consistently reject about 100 comments a day because they do not reach the standard set forth by Bob the Aristocrat.

What is expected is this:

Clarity in Thought
Reasonable Expression of Opposition
No Vulgarity or Crude Language
No Personal Threats
Proper Spelling and Respect for the English Language

Most of the idiotic comments we receive fall into the Vulgar, Crude, and Threatening category from the Kool-Aid crowd. Several we have traced to Camden Neighborhood and one individual uses a Verizon Wireless card consistently. A couple others we have traced to Mardela, Delmar, and other places in the County.

We keep a list of IP Addresses and so that those people know, they have been forwarded to the proper individuals at the State and National Level in law enforcement.

A Friend of Debbie is a Friend of Jim

What downtown Salisbury needs is people

The front page of Tuesdays The Daily Times showed a cyclist on the plaza; what I saw was an empty Downtown Plaza -- the same empty plaza I have known for more than 20 years. My reaction? It doesn't matter how many parking spaces or kiosks are gained or whether the traffic pattern is reversed. What matters is people -- lots of them. The picture in the paper reminded me of a ghost town. We need people shoulder-to-shoulder, moving and grooving, to make the plaza a happening place.

If enough people use the plaza for work each day, as they did 40 years ago, restaurants and retail stores will have enough traffic to support themselves. What I really miss about the old downtown is the community spirit it breathed into each of us. When was the last time you saw the Rotary Four-Way test painted on the floor of the mall?
